Service Shop
To provide a comprehensive service for our customers, we also have a fully equipped service shop to provide repairs and maintenance of biogas plant and cogeneration equipment. We can therefore arrange potential disassembly, repair and subsequent assembly of the equipment “under one roof”. This will prevent problems with possible complaints and thus significantly speed up the re-commissioning of the equipment.
Our service shop offers particularly the following:
- Repairs and complete overhauls of KSB, PTM, EISELE and GRUNDFOS agitators
- Repairs and maintenance of pumps
- Surface refurbishment – sandblasting of parts up to 1.5 m in length and 400 kg
- Restoration of coatings by spraying
- Mechanical repairs of electric motors and gearboxes
- Diagnosis and repairs of electric motor windings
- Shaft refurbishment
- Metalworking
